We provide transport using standard support worker vehicles for participants with general mobility needs. If you require specialized wheelchair-accessible vehicles (WAV) with hoists or ramps, please contact our intake team and we will do our best to connect you with alternative providers.
If a support worker drives you in their personal vehicle during a shift, a per-kilometer rate is billed in alignment with current NDIS pricing limits. We outline all these details clearly in your Service Agreement before we begin.
